Website operations and security
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request metadata, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and operate Cloudflare Turnstile. These security functions are necessary for the website and contact form to work reliably.
Optional analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand broad website usage, such as which pages are visited and which content is useful. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google advertising signals remain disabled.
For visitors located in the United States, limited analytics are enabled by default with a clear option to turn them off. Visitors outside the United States are asked to opt in before Google Analytics loads. If location cannot be determined, the site uses the stricter opt-in approach.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can review or change it at any time.
Service providers
We use a limited group of service providers to operate this website and respond to requests:
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, and Turnstile verification.
- Airtable for securely organizing contact requests and follow-up activity.
- Mailgun for sending submission notifications and acknowledgement emails.
- Google Analytics for optional website measurement when permitted by your location and preference.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and disclosure
We keep contact submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, protect the site, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or to service providers supporting the purposes described above.
Versive Group does not sell personal information and does not use website information for targeted advertising.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other limits on how personal information is used. You may submit a privacy request through the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
This website is intended for business and organizational audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
